Part of being an adult is learning to be productive. We have a demanding lifestyle and many responsibilities, and sometimes, it seems productivity is the key to surviving adulthood. But what if I told you that not everything we see about "being productive" applies to everyone equally?
On social media, it's easy to find influencers showing routines that seem straight out of a commercial: they get up before dawn, exercise, meditate, work, eat healthy... all perfectly timed. But let's be honest, that lifestyle doesn't always fit the reality of those of us who work, raise children, study, or live in cities where transportation alone steals hours from our day.

Although we all have 24 hours, we don't use them the same way, and that's okay. Everyone's life is different, and aiming to achieve such high standards (which sometimes border on fantasy) can be more frustrating than inspiring.
So, the first thing I had to accept was that productivity doesn't look the same daily. We're human: we get sick, tired, and feel. All of that influences how much we do things.
Instead of copying magic formulas, I've started developing my criteria. I learned to take what works for me, adapt what I can, and let go of what doesn't align with my life. I understood that productivity isn't about doing everything perfectly but moving forward consistently, even when I don't have 100% energy.
Being kind to myself has been the key to continuing to grow.
